BREEDLOVE.
Percy A. Huckins, daughter of William and Elizabeth Huckins, was born in Springfield, Ohio, Oct. 9, 1833, and died at Cresco, Ia., May 3, 1907; aged 73 years 6 months and 24 days.
She was united in marriage with W. C. Breedlove at Hardin, Ia., on Jan. 8, 1856. Seven children were born to them, four of whom are now living: A. H. and W. C., of Chester, Ia., and Josephine and George, of Cresco.
She was a member of the Universalist Church of Castalia. Mrs. Breedlove was a woman highly respected in the community. For nearly a score of years she was confined to her home, having been a constant sufferer, but she never complained and bore her affliction with fortitude and patience. She was a kind mother who will be sadly missed by the sons and daughter. To these and to the stricken husband who mourns the loss of his companion, the sympathy of the entire community is extended.
Funeral services were held at the home Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock conducted by Rev. Gammons assisted by Rev. Hinman.
