Frank Richards died at his home in Albion last Tuesday morning, after an illness of several months. The funeral was held Thursday afternoon In the Ashley M. E. church in charge of Memorial Post, G. A. R., he being a member of Co. I, 38th Iowa, a Howard county company, He was one of Howard county’s earliest residents.
