W. E. Haskins Dead.
Mr. Haskins came to Howard county with the coming of the Milwaukee road and for several years was employed by the company while Mr. Woodcock was the agent of the company. He was afterwards agent of the C. M. & St. P Ry., in charge of the station at Chester for several years, always discharging his duty with fidelity to the company and with courtesy to its patrons, he was an honest man and a good citizen, genial and companionable.Transcriber’s Note: Find-a-Grave indicates this is William Emory who is buried in Chester Hill Cemetery and was born June 6, 1830 and died November 9, 1903
