Lemuel Potter, one of the early settlers of Howard county, died at his home in Elma last week, aged something over 80 years. He had been one of the most vigorous men of the county and up to one year ago, or thereabouts, was always engaged in some kind of industry. We are without data for such tribute as he deserved as one of the pioneers of the county.
