Verna Carlson died on Saturday, June 1, 2002 in her Vista, CA home.
Graveside services were held at Palos Verds, CA.
Verna Carlson was born May 13, 1919 in Cresco, the daughter of Albert and Bessie (Bufton) Wildman.
She is survived by one daughter: Kenlon Van Kempen of Vista, CA; two grandchildren; one sister: Dora Layton of IndiaLantic Beach, FL; and two brothers: Robert of Cedar Falls and John of Elkader.
Verna was preceded in death by her husband Wilbur Carlson; her parents; and one brother: Howard.
