A. J. Glathart writes to a friend in Cresco, from Olney, Illinois, June 4th, his brother, P. N. Glathart died at that place of Pneumonia, May 30th, and was buried there. Mr. Glathart was well known in this county, having been among its early settlers. He was county surveyor of this county and one of the most efficient the county ever had. He was a man of strong likes and dislikes, hut was a true friend.
