Another Old Settler Gone.
Saturday, August 15, John Clynch of Paris died, aged about 70 years. He had been a resident of the county for more than forty years and much of the time Town clerk of Paris. He was a man much loved and respected, of strict probity, and of the purest moral character. Deceased had never married but made his home with one of his brothers. Two brothers with their families and numerous others of his acquaintances will long cherish his memory and emulate his moral worth and private character.
