Stener Larson who has been butter maker at the Protivin creamery since it started died at the residence of Frank Chyle, Jr., Feby. 5th, from lung fever, followed by typhoid. He was a single man, honest and skilled in his work and gave entire satisfaction to the patrons of the creamery in the quality of his butter and the price it brought in the market. He will be succeeded by W.J.Kadlec, who continued the work during the sickness of Mr. Larsen.
