Willie Rink passed away last Sunday forenoon, after a long and severe illness.

William J., second son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Rink, was born in Cresco July 26, 1896, and died Dec. 6, 1914, at the family home west of Cresco. His entire life was spent in this vicinity, and he was a student at St. Joseph's school. Although in poor health for about six years, his last illness, caused by a brain tumor, was only of three days duration. He leaves to mourn his loss, in addition to his parents, five brothers and one sister.
The funeral was held on Wednesday of last week at St. Joseph’s church with interment in St. Joseph’s cemetery.
