Memorial services for Lucille Conrad of Colorado Springs, CO, and formerly of the Cresco area, will be held today at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 23 at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Colorado Springs. Inurnment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Shrine of Remembrance Funeral Home of Colorado Springs, CO will handle the arrangements.
Lucille, 79, died Friday, February 18, 2000 at a hospital in Colorado Springs.
Lucille Minnie Conrad was born February 10, 1921 in Sumner, the daughter of Henry and Minnie (Berends) Schwerin. She was self employed at Conrad’s Fabrics, and a former secretary at Penrose Hospital.
On May 26, 1947 she married Richard H. Conrad.
Survivors include her husband; one son; one daughter, and two sisters.
Lucille was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters.
