Arzella "Pat" Reed, age 82 of Cresco, Iowa and formerly of Decorah died Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at Mercy Center of North Iowa in Mason City, Iowa. A Memorial Gathering of Friends and Family will be Saturday, April 9, from 4 to 8 pm at the American Legion Hall, 113 S. Park Place, Cresco, Iowa.

Pat was born September 11, 1933 in San Diego, California to William and Iva (Mangum) Price. She grew up in the San Diego area where she graduated from High School. While in California she married Ted Harmon; three children were born to this union: Dianne, Terry and Brenda. While she and Ted were married they lived in the Southeast part of the United States; where Ted was stationed in the Marines and Pat worked as a secretary. After their divorce she and the three children moved back to California where she met and married Jack Reed, who was in the Navy; one child, Laura was born to this union. While in California Pat worked as a secretary there.

After Jack's retirement they moved to Decorah, She worked at J.C. Penny and then Northern Engraving until retirement. After the graduation of her youngest daughter Laura, She moved to Cresco in 1984 where she lived until Jacks death in 1999. She moved to Texas to be by her sister Peggy for a short time and then moved to Virginia to be by her son Terry. While there she had a stroke and was moved back to Cresco where she has lived in the Hawkeye Care Center.

Pat is survived by four children: Dianne (Robert) Blake of Prescott, Arizona, Terry Harmon of Norfolk, Virginia, Brenda (Mark) Fiedler of Salem, Virginia and Laura (Kenny) Hubka of Riceville, Iowa, several grand and great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Margaret "Peggy" (William) Parris of Denton, Texas. Pat is preceded in death by her parents and husband Jack.
