Mrs. L. S. Kniffer died of consumption at her home, 2-1/2 miles west of here at 11 o'clock Thursday morning. Services were held at the house and at the M. E. church. The remains were shipped to Wisconsin for interment being accompanied by Mr. Kniffer and daughter, Mrs. F. Hill.
