We note with sorrow the death of John J. Kinney, a prominent democrat and attorney of Jamestown, N. Y., who was found dead Feb. 19th at his residence. He was born and always lived in that place. He had been special County Judge. He was 61 years old. His wife died two years since. Two children are orphans indeed.
