DIED.

DAUBNER—In Cresco, Iowa, October 17, 1892, Rev. Joseph Daubner, aged over 83 years.

Deceased was born in England in 1809, came to the United States in 1845, locating at Brookfield, Wisconsin. He was a licensed preacher of the M. E. church when he came and continued to preach while in Wisconsin. By occupation he was a farmer. He came to Cresco in 1883. He died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Sarah A. DeCamp. The funeral services will be held in the Methodist church to-day after which his remains will be taken to Brookfield, Wis. Deceased was a kind neighbor, a good citizen and a zealous christian.
