Paul Morgan, 93, of Cresco, Iowa entered into eternal life on Friday, December 12, 2014 at the Evans Memorial Home in Cresco, Iowa. Paul was born on December 24, 1920, one of six children to Leon and Neva (Bawden) Morgan in Lime Springs, Iowa. Paul attended several country schools in the Lime Springs area and graduated Cresco High School in 1937. He helped on the family farm after high school and worked at the Farmer’s Cooperative Creamery until he volunteered to serve his country honorably during World War II. During the war he was chosen to be part of the Army Air Corps and taught officers plus enlisted personnel the new concept of radio operations. After serving in the military, Paul chose the occupation of farming. He did this at several locations in Iowa, Illinois, and Wisconsin. Later in his career he decided to return to Cresco and worked at the Farmer’s Cooperative Creamery until retirement. During retirement he chose to be the Alert Manor Care taker and did this until his health would no longer let him do that. Paul is survived by his wife Evelyn {Howard} Morgan of Cresco, Iowa, a son Howard (Bonnie) Howland of New Richey, Florida, a daughter Suzeanne {Morgan} Cole of West Union, Iowa, a son Steven (Nancy) Howland of Davenport, Iowa, a daughter Christenne {Morgan} Thompson of Park City, Illinois, a son John (Jennifer) Morgan of Goldsboro, North Carolina, sixteen grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, a sister Janette {Morgan} Howe of Collinsville, Illinois, a sister Edith McAlphin of Villiska, Iowa, and a brother David Morgan of Arlington, Iowa.

Visitation:
Friends may call one hour prior to services at the church.

Service:
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cresco United Methodist Church in Cresco, Iowa.

Cemetery:
Burial will be in Howard Center Cemetery in rural Cresco.
