DIED.

COVEY.--In Cresco, Iowa, April 16, 1886, Jenette Covey, mother of J. R. Covey, aged about 78 years.

The deceased was born in Alburgh, Vermont, where she resided until 1866, when with her husband, who died in Cresco recently, she came to Iowa and resided with her son until her death. She had but two children both of whom survive her, Mr. J. R. Covey and a daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Parker, of Randolph, Vermont.
