COTTRELL--In Paris Township at the residence of her Son-in-law, E. I. Isbell, Mrs. Rachel Cottrell aged 77 years.

Mrs. Cottrell was one of the early settlers of this county, settling in Oregon Grove with her husband, Wm. Cottrell' who died some years since, in 1852. She has resided with her daughter, Mrs. Isbel, most of the time since her husband's death. Her funeral will be from the Hollister school house at half past ten, Friday, August 14.
