DIED.

STEVENS.--In Vernon Springs township, May 18th 1885, Mary Price, wife of John B. Stevens, aged 51 years.

The deceased was born in Holland came to the United States when a girl, was married to John B. Stevens twenty-six years ago, has resided on the farm where she died, and in the vicinity seventeen years. She was a good wife and mother, and leaves a husband and eight children to mourn her death. She was taken sick Sunday afternoon and died on Monday morning at about two o'clock, and and{sic} almost before the family had thought her dangerously ill.
