DIED.

BROPHY.--At her home in Paris township, Good Friday, April 3 1885, Mrs. Ellen B. wife of Jas. Brophy, aged 65 years.

The deceased was born in Tipperary county Ireland, and became one of the early residents of this county. She leaves a husband and three daughters, all married, we believe, and a large circle of relatives and friends to mourn her loss. Mrs. Brophy moved from Ireland to Ridgefield, Connecticut, where she resided for eleven years, removing from there to this county in 1859. Her maiden name was Ellen Benn.
