Mrs. Lucy A. VanLeuven of Lime Springs, Iowa, was buried last Sunday, May 11th, at that place. She was 74 years of age, came to Lime Springs thirty years ago, and leaves to mourn her loss eight grown children. For sixty years she was a member of the M. E., church. She was the mother of Col. H. C, VanLeuven, editor of the Spring Valley Vidette. And so the beloved fathers and mothers pass on, and enter into the rest eternal.--{Austin Transcript.
