CRESCO-- Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at the late home for Walter Drollinger, 56, who died suddenly of a heart attack at his home in Cresco Wednesday night.
A son of Mr. and Mrs. William Drollinger, he was born in Wisconsin, Dec. 18, 1885. Twelve years ago he came to Cresco and bought the hardware stock of the firm of Lomas Brothers. He was a member of the Congregational church and Masonic order, and prominent in business and social circles.
His pastor, the Rev. A. D. Phelps, officiated at the last rites with burial in Oak Lawn cemetery, Cresco.
Surviving are his wife and daughter, Mrs. Lester Bareis, who with her husband had been associated with Mr. Drollinger in the hardware store.
