DIED.
RANDOLPH—In Lime Springs, Iowa Sunday, October 18th, 1874, John T. Randolph, aged 50 years 7 months and 16 days.
The deceased was born in Belvidere, Warren county New Jersey. A few years ago he settled in Lime Springs, where he entered into partnership with Joseph Knowlton in the hardware business. He was universally esteemed and respected among his acquaintances, as a man of generous heart and noble impulses. But a few days since we saw him in the full vigor of health and strength rejoicing in a robust manhood. His disease was bilious typhoid terminating in death almost before family, friends, or himself had thought his illness serious. A widow and three children are left to mourn an irreparable loss. May He who is the Father of the fatherless and the support of the afflicted guide and help them in their great bereavement.
