November 4th, 1871, at the residence of her son-in-law, Mr. Wm. Munger, Mrs. Harmony Risley, at the advanced age of 81 years.

Her life was Chris's; her death was gain. In her life time, she was ever a consistent member of the M. E. Church, adorning the service of her divine Master with the fruits of righteousness. When she departed from her loved ones on earth, and took her leave from a large circle of warm friends, she did so in the firm belief of her security in Heaven, through Jesus Christ her Redeemer.
