On Monday, March 18, after an illness of about two weeks the little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Roesler passed away. All that loving hands and medical aid could do was done, but despite all, the little soul winged its flight to that heavenly home where all is bright and fair to join a sweet angel band. The sorrowing parents have the sympathy of all in their sorrow.

Over the river our loved baby has gone,
By death she was summoned to go,
At the call of that stranger her spirit has flown
From this world of trouble and woe.

Oh! How her dear parents wilt miss her
No one can tell; God only knows.
Yet she’ll be waiting and watching for them,
When their life on this earth shall close.
