Dale Lepa, 55, services held Monday
Funeral services for Dale Lepa, 55, who died Feb. 15 at his home in Cresco, were held at 2:00 p.m. Monday at First Lutheran Church in Cresco. The Rev. Gary Lee, pastor of the church, and the Rev. Vernon Huffey of Storm Lake officiated. Burial was in Howard Center cemetery with military honors conducted by the VFW and American Legion posts. Bradley-Lindstrom Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Dale Lepa was born August 11, 1929 to James and Pearl (Lathrop) Lepa in Ostrander, MN. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict.
Survivors include Edith; three daughters, Mrs. Steven (Julie) Dawley of Ridgeway, Mrs. David (Jeanette) Wiginton of Amarillo, TX and Debra Lepa of Cresco; three sons, Randy, Daryl and Dean, all of Cresco; five grandchildren; two brothers, Roger of Lime Springs and Lawrence of Cresco; three sisters, Mrs. Vernon (Marian) Huffey of Storm Lake, Dorothy Kratz of Cresco and Mrs. Henry (Lucille) Dotzler of Lime Springs.
