JESSE MILES DIES

Jesse Miles, long a resident of Saratoga, died at the Cresco hospital Monday.

Funeral services will be held at the home in Saratoga Thursday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. His daughter, Nellie, at home, survives.

Jesse Miles was born August 28, 1863 in Howard Co., Iowa, the son of William Wallace Miles and Jane (Arnold) Miles. He married Flora Belle Watson. They had 2 daughters; Alice May Miles, who preceded him in death in 1924 and Nellie Amelia Miles.
