Services Held For Clarence Bronner

Funeral services for Clarence Bronner were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, December 30 at Zion United Methodist Church. The Rev. Robert Holdorf officiated. Interment was in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Cresco. Pallbearers were Dan Schwasinger, Dale Fagner, Jr., Jim White, Jay Anderson, Steve Novak and Robert Vobr. Honorary pallbearers were Calvin Bronner, Roger Bronner, Brent Bronner and Ron Magnus. Lindstrom Funeral Home handled the arrangements.

Clarence, 77, died Sunday, December 26, 1999 at his farm home.

Clarence Bronner was born September 7, 1922 at the farm home, the son of Albert and Addie (Scheurer) Bronner. He attended the country school and went to farm night classes. He was a lifelong farmer and also owned the Bronner Tractor business for 15 years.

On April 27, 1946 he married Grace Larsen in Cresco. They were later divorced.

Survivors include three daughter: Kathleen Bronner of Wonder Lake, IL., Pam Bronner of Decorah and Cynthia Bronner of Cedar Rapids; one son, Mark of Cresco; two grandchildren, two brothers: Kenneth of Kalispell, MT and Robert B. of Lime Springs.

Clarence was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Eldred.

Clarence Bronner

Clarence Bronner, 77, of Cresco, died Sunday, Dec. 26, 1999, at his farm home.

Funeral services were held Thursday, Dec. 30, 1999, at 11 a.m., at the Zion United Methodist Church in Cresco, with the Rev. Robert Holdorf officiating.

Patsy Bronner was the organist.

Casket bearers were Dan Schwasinger, Dale Fagner Jr., Jim White, Jay Anderson, Steve Novak and Robert Vobr.

Honorary bearers were Calvin, Roger, and Brent Bronner and Ron Magnus.

Interment was at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Cresco. The Lindstrom Funeral Home of Cresco handled arrangements.

Clarence was born Sept. 7, 1922, at the farm home of his parents, Albert and Addie (Scheurer) Bronner. He attended country school and went on to attend farm night classes.

He was a lifelong farmer and owned the Bronner Tractor business for 15 years.
