Marion Haven was born July 18, 1910. She was as other children during her infancy and the parents had great joy in the promise which was written in her life. A little more than 18 months ago she suffered a fall at her home which gave great pain, and though the parents did all that could be done in their love and devotion, she seemed to steadily fail. But three weeks since she was with her mother at a church supper and attended Sabbath School the following Sunday. She was always at Sunday School and was the urging one for prompt attendance. She was full of songs and sunshine and was peculiarly attractive to everyone. Her devotion to the Christ and her life and prayer assure us that she is now with her Savior. It is suggestive of the interest she had in the Sunday School that she went to the big class in Jesus' School just at the usual time of leaving home. She was always promptly on time.
5 years, 6 months and 19 days of devotion and ministry of love, of care and prayer. Another treasure is now laid up for those who wait the call of the Death Angel.
The funeral service was held at the Methodist church Wednesday afternoon, conducted by the pastor. ?? Paul sang very tenderly some of Marion's songs. A large audience told by their presence their sincere sympathy with the bereaved, and the floral offerings were very suggestive of the tender affection in which she was held.
