Dennis-Warren.
On Wednesday evening at 8 o’clock at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. H. Warren, occurred the marriage of their daughter, Alice Mae, to George F. Dennis of Chester. The bride and groom descended the stairs to the strains of the Ohio Centennial March played by Miss Nell Doyle and took their place under a large white bell The Rev. J. C. Olsen of the M. E. Church of Chester, performed the ceremony, after which Mrs. Dr. Clark sang a solo. The bride wore a beautiful white chiffon poplin and carried a bouquet of white flowers. The groom wore blue serge. Both contracting parties are popular young people of Howard county. A three course luncheon was served by the hostess, assisted by the Misses Bess Laws, Helen Winegar, Frances Barrett and Mr. Fred Arrasmith, of Gilbert, Iowa. Their many friends wish them a prosperous and happy wedded life. The wedded couple will leave for the Twin Cities on their honeymoon.
