Fencl-Zbornik Nuptials.
On Tuesday, Oct. 10th at 9 o’clock at St. John’s Church at Fort Atkinson occurred the marriage of Wm. Fencl and Miss Rose Zbornik, Rev. C. Dragoon officiating. They were attended by Edward Tupy, cousin of the groom, and Agnes Zbornik, sister of the bride, and they were led to the altar by Leonard Fencl, nephew of the groom, and Clara Busta, cousin of the bride. After the ceremony, Mr. and Mrs. Fencl received expressions of congratulations from the immediate relatives at the bride’s home where a bountiful repast was served. The groom is a son of Mr. John Fencl and is one of the prosperous farmers of the community. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Zbornik and is an accomplished young lady. They have a host of friends who join us in extending wishes for a long and happy wedded life. The newly wedded couple departed on the evening train for a honeymoon trip to Milwaukee and Chicago where they will visit with relatives and friends. After their return, they will reside on the groom’s farm near Protivin.
