Cresco Plain Dealer Aug. 25, 1916 P-1 C-5

Nagle-Smith.
Roy Nagle, of Cresco, and Miss Susan Smith, of this city, were married at 8 o'clock Tuesday morning at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. D. Smith, the Rev. H. C. Culver, of the Methodist church, performing the ring ceremony which united these young people “for better or for worse.” The wedding was semi-private, only the families of the contracting parties being present and a few friends. They included Miss Pearl Fitz, Miss Bessie Schoonover, Leonard Jolly of Cresco, and the bride’s grandmother, Mrs. Ketchum.
After congratulations, the newlyweds left by auto for Cresco, where the groom recently bought a barber shop. Numerous friends extend congratulations.—West Union Union.
