About twenty-eight friends and relatives gathered at the home of Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Scharnweber last Monday night to remind them of their twenty-fifth wedding anniversary. The ladies brought well filled baskets and the evening was spent in a social good time. Mr. and Mrs. Scharnweber were presented with a beautiful davenport. Those present from out of town were; Mrs. L. A. Scharnweber of Chester, Albert Minkle and wife of Preston, F. Minkle and wife of Lime Springs.
