Bird – 25th Wedding Anniversary 1915

A number of friends and neighbors assembled at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Thos. Bird Friday evening, the event being in honor of the 25tn anniversary of their marriage. They were greatly surprised but gave all a hearty welcome. After a pleasant social evening, at about 10 o’clock, refreshments of sandwiches, coffee, cake, ice cream were served. All the Bird children were present for the occasion, including Frances from Dubuque. On their departure the guests wished Mr. and Mrs. Bird many more happy anniversaries.
