MARRIED.
On Tuesday morning, June 24th, at the Church of the Assumption, Miss Angela Zender, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Victor N. Zender, was united in marriage to James Daniel Kennelly, Father T. J. Murtagh officiating. Chas. J. McCullow and Miss Mayme Zender, a sister of the bride, acted as groomsman and bridesmaid.
Following the ceremony, a wedding breakfast was served at the Zender home to relatives and invited friends to the number of about 35. The couple left on the evening train for a short wedding trip, and about July 1st they will leave for their future home in Alberta, Canada.
The bride has for the past few years been a teacher in the rural schools and in the city schools, and has a wide circle of friends, as has also the groom, who for several years was one of Cresco’s best young men, but who for the past year has been located as stenographer for the International Harvester Company at Winnipeg, Canada. He will continue in their employ but will be located in Western Canada.
Those from away who attended the wedding are Mr. and Mrs. H. P. Zender and Margaret Zender of Austin, Mrs. J. J. Zender of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and Sadie Langan of Wykoff, Minn.
