MARRIED
On Tuesday evening, April 29, at the home of the bride’s mother. Mrs. A. H. Brown, Fred Thayer and Miss Ethel McCaffrey were united in marriage by Rev. John Gammons, who used the beautiful ring ceremony. The couple were attended by Ray Brown, brother of the bride, and Miss Ruth Thayer, sister of the groom. The ceremony was witnessed by a company of about thirty relatives and friends. The newly married couple will reside in Cresco, having leased the McLaughlin residence. The Plain Dealer joins with a host of friends in hearty congratulations.
