MARRIED.
RUSSE-GESSELL—At the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. P. G. Gessell, Wednesday, Feb. 1st, Mr. Fred W. Russe, of Aurora, Ind., and Cora B. Gessell, of Cresco; Rev. Pless, of the German Lutheran church, officiating.
Promptly at 5:30 to the strains of the wedding march, rendered by Miss Anna Gunderson, the bridal party took their places, when Rev. Pless spoke the words which united the young couple. The bride was attended by Miss Lena Lutz of Calmar, the groom being attended by Clarence Falck of Ft. Atkinson.
After the ceremony, a bountiful supper was served to the bridal couple and their guests.
The guests from out of town were the parents of the groom, Mr. and Mrs. Henry P. Russe of Aurora, Indiana, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Falck of Decorah, Mr. Clarence Falck of Ft. Atkinson, Misses Olga and Sophie Gunderson of Ridgeway, Misses Maggie, Mamie and Lena Lutz of Calmar, and Mr. and Mrs. El. Stander and daughter Minnie, Mr. and Mrs. Adam Frank, and Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Gesell from Schley.
Mr. and Mrs. Fred W. Russe expect to leave about the middle of March for their new home at Westburn, Manitoba Canada, where they will engage in farming.
The Plain Dealer joins with their many friends in congratulations and best wishes for their future prosperity.
