Burmeister-Walter Wedding.
John T. Burmeister, of Harmony, Minn., and Miss Ellen Walter, of Cresco, were united in marriage at 10:30 a. m. Tuesday, Nov. 5, 1912, at the Evangelical parsonage in Cresco, Rev. L. N. Day officiating.
The bride and groom were attended by Mr. Ernest Walter and Miss Clara Schmidt, brother and cousin of the bride.
An elaborate wedding dinner was served at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Walter.
Aside from the officiating clergyman and wife, and Rev. E. P. Kurtz and wife, only the immediate relatives were present.
The bride and groom are from two of the best families; the bride herself an accomplished young lady, and the groom a prosperous farmer. They will make their home near Harmony, Minn. They left on the afternoon train for Minneapolis where they will spend a few days.
