MARRIED
Last Tuesday morning, at 10:30, at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. S. St. John, Mr. Ellis G. Glass and Miss Lillian St. John were united in marriage by Rev. John Gammons, the ring service of the Methodist church being used. Only the immediate relatives of the contracting parties were present.
The bride was gowned in white silk net Marquisette over white satin, while the groom wore the conventional black. Joseph Glass, uncle of the groom, was groomsman, and Sarah Glass, sister of the groom, was bridesmaid.
Following the ceremony, a five course dinner was served, at the conclusion of which the wedding couple were taken by auto to Lime Springs, where they took the train for the Twin Cities and South Dakota points. After their return, they will commence housekeeping on the farm just east of town.
The young couple are two of our best young people, who have a wide circle of friends who wish them all manner of happiness and success in their married life.
