Wedding Anniversary.
Last Monday, the 18th, was the twenty-seventh wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Ole Ferkinstad, who reside just north of town, and to properly celebrate the happy occasion, a company of friends and neighbors comprising 42 families, surprised, them at their home just before dinner and spent the day with them. A bountiful picnic dinner was served and Mr. and Mrs. Ferkinstad were presented with a purse of money as a token of friendship from the assembled guests. Rev. L. Larsen made the presentation ad¬dress and Mesd. E. W. Nash and C. V. Johnson also made a few remarks.
