A Home Wedding.
One Tuesday, June 28th, at 10:30 a. m. occurred the wedding of Dr. E. R. Damon and Miss Ruth Evans at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. B. R. Evans. The ceremony was performed in the presence of the immediate relatives of the bride and groom by Rev. John Gammons. Following the ceremony dinner was served, and then the young couple departed afoot, and after journeying a short distance they adopted a more rapid means of conveyance and are now enjoying their honeymoon their friends know not where; but where-ever they are the best wishes of their hosts of friends go with them. It is a great pleasure to report the union of these two most estimable young people and also a pleasure to know that they will continue to reside in our midst.Source: Twice-A-Week Plain Dealer July 5, 1910, FP, C5
