Married.
At three o’clock, Tuesday afternoon, Jan. 12th, at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Torge Nelson, in Orleans township, occurred the marriage of Miss Eva Nelson to Mr. Steen Henderson, also of Orleans township. Rev. L. Larsen was the officiating clergyman.
The bride has been the popular head clerk in Mott & Co’s, store ever since its establishment in Cresco, and has secured a large number of friends who esteem her most highly. The groom is a prosperous young farmer who enjoys the confidence and friendship of all with whom he is acquainted. After a short trip to Omaha, they will return to his recently purchased farm, the former Danforth place.
