Mr. A. W. Pecinovsky and Miss Louise Lukes of Protivin went to Waterloo, Iowa, to attend the wedding of Mr. Adolf Lukes to Miss Rose Pecinovsky both from Howard County. The young couple will make their future home in Waterloo, Ia., where Mr. Lukes has a fine position in a cement block factory.

A quiet wedding took place at St. Joseph church in Waterloo, Ia., on Oct. 29th, when Mr. Adolf Lukes and Miss Rose Pecinovsky were united in marriage. Mr. A. W. Pecinovsky, the bride's brother, was best man, and Miss Mary Kostka, niece of the groom, was bridesmaid. The bride was dressed as usual in white and the groom in plain black.
Those who were present were Mr. and Mrs. Kostka, Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell, Mr. and Mrs. Uchre, of Waterloo, Iowa, Mrs. Peter Rink, of Berlin, Iowa, Miss Lukes and Mrs. Thiel, of Cresco, Iowa.
The young couple will make their future home at Waterloo, Iowa, where they purchased a residence on Butler avenue.
