A recent happy occurrence which we have hitherto neglected to mention is the marriage of James Kettleson of Schley to Miss Effie Wattles, formerly of Fayette county, the happy event taking place Sept. 18th in St. Paul at the home of Ed Howard. The young couple are at home on the Kettleson homestead and commence their married life with the hearty good wishes of a host of friends.
