MARRIED.
On February 5, 1907, at Marshall, Minn., in the Catholic Church of the Most Holy Redeemer, Mr. Wm. J Rethamel, son of Henry Rethamel, and Miss Albina E. Moravetz, daughter of Joseph Moravetz, both of Cresco, Iowa, were united in the holy bonds of matrimony; Rev. Father Guilott officiating. After the ceremony, the wedding party departed for the home of the bride's uncle, Mr. John M. Kirmer, where a wedding dinner and a group of friends awaited them.
The afternoon and evening was spent in playing games and merry making. The bride wore white silk with white roses, and the bridesmaid, cousin of the bride, Miss Anna Kirmer, wore white lawn. The groom wore the conventional black, as also did the groomsman. Mr. Frank Kirmer.
Those who were present from a distance were Misses Anna Moravetz and Victoria Vopava, of Cresco, Ia., Philip Kirmer, of Sleepy Eye, Minn., and Michael Kirmer, of Wobasso, Minn. A large sum of money and many very beautiful and useful articles were given the young couple as wedding gifts.
The happy young couple will reside: in Marshall, Minn., where the congratulations and well wishes of their many friends in this locality will follow them.
