MARRIED.
Last Tuesday morning, September 12, 1905, at 9 o’clock, at the German Catholic church, Rev. H. J. Looesbrock. officiating, occurred the marriage of Joseph Nick, of Marengo, Iowa, and Miss Margaret Meyers, daughter of John Meyers of Cresco. The bridal couple were attended by Miss Frances Meyers, a sister of the bride as bridesmaid, and Z. Kapier Jr., as groomsman.
Following the ceremony, the wedding party repaired to the home of the bride's parents northwest of town where a bounteous feast was served to the invited guests.
The couple left on the evening train on a wedding trip to Chicago and will return to Cresco before leaving tor their future home.
The groom, is a prosperous, young farmer who formerly resided near Postvllle, Iowa.
The PLAIN DEALER joins with other friends in hearty congratulation to the young couple.
