Married.
SEERY—FLAHERTY—At the Church of Our Lady of Lourdes, March 6, 1905, occurred the marriage of John Seery and Rose Flaherty. A nuptial high mass was celebrated by Rev. Fr. Norris. The wedding march was played by Miss Harriet Bermingham. The bride was becomingly attired in a cream colored gown, and the groom wore the conventional black. Miss Mayme Flaherty, sister of the bride was bridesmaid and the groom was attended by Mr. Daniel Roarty of New Hampton. After the ceremony at the church the young couple went to the home of the bride’s mother, where several of their immediate friends had gathered, a sumptious{sic} dinner was served, after which the afternoon was spent in dancing and other amusements; supper was then served at the house. Then all went to the hall at Lourdes, where about two hundred young people had been invited and the night was spent in dancing. The wedding presents were numerous and costly. The young couple will settle down to house keeping at once on his farm near New Hampton.

May the path that they tread
With roses be spread,
Is the wish of the writer,
To this pair newly wed.
A. FRIEND.
