Married.
WEIKAUF—HETZEL—At the German Lutheran church, Big Spring, Fillmore Co. Minnesota, Aug. 22 1901, at 10a. m., Mr. Albert Weinkauf and Miss Annie Hetzel.
At about 9a.m. the guests began to assemble and sharply at 10 the bridal party took their places before the altar as the large bell pealed forth the gladsome tidings.
The bride was arrayed in dove blue silk trimmed in all-over silk lace and applique over which was draped a beautiful veil ornamented with white flowers.
The bride was accompanied by Miss Minnie Weinkauf, sister of the groom and Miss Lena Aug a cousin of the bride, they being arrayed in light drab trimmed in blue silk and white braid.
The groom was dressed in the usual black, as were also his attendants, his cousin Mr. Alfred Krueger and Mr. Charlie Hetzel brother of the bride.
After the Rev. Wagner had spoken the word that made them husband and wife, they, with their two hundred and more guests retired to the home of the bride’s parents, where all partook of a bountiful dinner, after which the day and night were spent in merry making: and all, wishing the best that this life affords, retired to thelr homes in the wee hours of the morning.
Mr. Weinkauf and wife will be at home in Albion township on what was formerly known as the Champlin farm Mr. and Mrs. Weinkauf were the recipients of numerous and costly presents from their wide circle of friends.
