A Quiet Home Wedding.
Tuesday, January 1, 1901, at the residence of the bride’s parents in Lime Springs, Iowa, Miss Cora L. Elithorp was united in marriage to Mr. William J. Rich, of Granger, Minn., Rev. W. S. McCallagh of the First Presbyterian church performing the ceremony.
It was a quiet home wedding, only the most intimate friends of the contracting parties being present
Among those from abroad were Mr. and Mrs. D. F. Reed, of Granger, Thomas Rich, father of the groom, of Granger, and Miss Helen McCray, of Strawberry Point, an intimate friend of the bride.
Mr. and Mrs. Rich expect to immediately settle down and go to housekeeping and will be at home after January 15, two miles north of Granger.
The groom is very highly spoken of in his home state, and the bride is too well known to the readers of this paper to need any words of commendation through its columns.—Lime Springs Sun.
