Announcement has been made of the forthcoming marriage of Charles McNally and Miss May Hoy, which will occur the morning of Wednesday, Sept. 7th.

MCNALLY—HOY—At the Church of the Assumption, Wednesday morning, Sept. 7, Mr. Chas. McNally and Miss Mae Hoy, Rev. M. A. McCarty officiating.
Promptly at nine o’clock the bridal couple, attended by Miss Angela Lyons and Mr. Chas. O’Malley, entered the church and to the strains of the Mendelssohn wedding march, proceeded to the altar when Rev. McCarty pronounced the impressive ceremony which made them one.
During the service beautiful music was rendered by Mesdames O’Malley, Connolly and Glass, Miss Ruth Connolly accompanying them upon the violin. Miss O’Neil of Chicago, a friend of the bride, sang “O, Promise Me.”
After the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served at the home of the bride’s mother to the relatives of the contracting parties, and in the evening a reception was given to the friends of the young people.
Mr. and Mrs. McNally left on the Thursday morning train for St. Louis, and upon their return will go to housekeeping in the Mrs. Strother house now occupied by the Hugh Owens family.
The PLAIN DEALER joins with their large circle of friends in extending best wishes for a happy and prosperous future.
Out of town guests ot{sic} the wedding were Mrs. O’Neil and children of Yankton, S. D., Miss Lynch and Mrs. Ryan of McGregor, Mr. Stark of Chicago, Miss Jennie Shea of Decorah, Mrs. McNeill, Mr. and Mrs. Sonnkalb and Mrs. Kluse of Postville.
