LEWIS—BENTS.
Wednesday morning, June 22, at 11 o’clock occurred the marriage of Edward J. Lewis and Miss Alice Bents. The ceremony was performed by Rev. J. B. Smith at the home, in Cresco, of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Bents.
The young couple took the noon train for Minneapolis, where the groom has a good situation, and where they will remain for the summer at least.
While the wedding was considerable of a surprise to their friends, the congratulations are not the less hearty and sincere.
